Alpine and Nordic checklist
A Guideline for What to Bring:
Clothing – Lots of layers is best!
- Thermol underwear layer – Moreno Wool is most ideal (shirt and pants –could be leggings if you don’t have long underwear)
- T-shirt or long sleeved shirt
- Hoodie or sweater
- Socks (ski socks are best)
Outerwear
- Jacket -waterproof
- Snow pants - waterproof
- Hat
- Helmet
- Goggles
- Facemask /scarf
- Gloves
Equipment and Accessories
- Skies/Poles/boots OR Snowboard/bindings/boots
- Wrist guards / protection shorts / knee pads (highly recommended for beginner snowboarders and those practicing jumps)
- Maintenance Tools (handy for making adjustments to bindings on the mountain) –not necessary as there is a Mountain Tech Shop and Tool Station on location.
- Lock
- Change for a locker if you would like to safely store your stuff in the lodge.
- Lip protector with sunscreen
- Lunch or lunch money (There are a variety of food options available on-site –pub, cafeteria, sushi bar) Snacks – granola bar/trail mix
- Ski pass (six pack ticket or season pass)
- Camera
- Ipod / mp3 player and headphones (if you ski or ride with music)
