Winter / Spring 2012
Three Hour Wet & Wild Tour: With the arrival of the rainy season comes a whole new way to experience one of British Columbia's top attractions! Horne Lake Caves Provincial Park is offering a guided 3-hour "Wet & Wild Cave Adventure" this Winter and Spring. Great for explorers aged 8 and up, this thrilling trip highlights the incredible natural forces that created these marble passages and crystal caverns. See an underground river, climb a waterfall, marvel at the amazing crystals and squeeze through the ceiling galleries on this fabulous adventure, a small taste of "wild" caving! Participants will negotiate some tight passages, short climbs and lots of cave scrambling. Don't forget your camera! All equipment included.
Summer 2012
Option 1: Three hour Ice Age Adventure tour: This 3 hour adventure highlights the incredible natural forces that created marble passages and crystal caverns. See an underground river, climb a waterfall, marvel at the amazing crystals and squeeze through the ceiling galleries on this fabulous adventure, a small taste of "wild" caving!
Schedule: Now taking reservations for late spring, summer, fall
Option 2: Five hour extreme adventure. This 5 hour caving experience is an extension of the "High Adventure" expedition and will allow participants to climb and rappel in a wild cave environment. Descend the seven story Rainbarrel "ON RAPPEL" and visit the amazing "China Shop" at the very end of this amazing cave! Explorers will return to the surface by climbing back up the Rainbarrel on a wild cable ladder. Not for the faint of heart!
